1 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Resparo at resparo.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Resparo ("Resparo", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Shazaib, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
If you are using Resparo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2 Description of service
Resparo is an AI-powered review response management platform that:
- Connects to your Google Business Profile and Facebook Business Page via OAuth
- Monitors those platforms for new customer reviews and recommendations
- Generates AI-powered response suggestions personalised to your business voice
- Posts approved responses to Google and Facebook on your behalf
- Provides a smart workflow for handling negative reviews
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Platform dependency notice: Resparo relies on APIs provided by Google and Facebook. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of these APIs. If Google or Facebook restrict, modify, or discontinue their APIs, features of Resparo may be reduced or unavailable. This is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund beyond our standard refund policy.
3 Accounts and eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Resparo. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately at support@resparo.io if you suspect unauthorised account access
- You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account
Account accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.
4 Subscriptions and billing
Plans
Resparo offers the following plans:
- Free: 5 AI-generated replies per month, 1 connected location. No credit card required.
- Pro ($25/month): Unlimited AI replies, Google and Facebook auto-posting, full voice profile, context notes, and smart 1-star workflow.
Billing
All billing is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Resparo Pro, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method $25.00 USD per month. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. You will receive a receipt from Paddle for each charge.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice by email before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@resparo.io. There are no cancellation fees, no required notice periods, and no phone calls required. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
Our promise: No annual contracts. No 90-day cancellation notice. No surprise charges. Cancel from a single button — that's it.
Taxes
Prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes. Paddle will apply VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
5 Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Resparo Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund, email support@resparo.io with your account email address. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days via Paddle.
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
6 Acceptable use
You agree to use Resparo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to post false, misleading, or fabricated review responses
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse reviewers
- Attempt to manipulate Google or Facebook's review systems in violation of their policies
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service in a way that damages or impairs our reputation or business
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
7 Third-party integrations
Google and Facebook
By connecting your Google Business Profile or Facebook Business Page, you authorise Resparo to access and manage review responses on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for the content of all responses posted through Resparo, whether auto-posted or manually approved.
Your use of Google and Facebook through Resparo is subject to Google's and Facebook's own terms of service. You must comply with their platform policies at all times. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Google or Facebook regarding your Business Profile or Page.
1-star review policy
By default, Resparo will never automatically post responses to reviews rated 1 star. These are always sent to you for review first. You may modify this behaviour in your account settings. You accept full responsibility for any responses posted, whether automatically or with your approval.
Auto-posting consent
By enabling auto-posting for 4-star and 5-star reviews, you explicitly authorise Resparo to post AI-generated responses to Google and Facebook on your behalf without requiring manual approval for each response. You can disable auto-posting at any time from your dashboard.
8 Your content and data
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Resparo, including your business information, voice profile settings, context notes, and any customised responses. You grant Resparo a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.
Review data
Review content from your customers belongs to them and is accessed through Google and Facebook's official APIs with your authorisation. We do not claim ownership of any review content.
AI-generated responses
Responses generated by Resparo's AI are produced for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving these responses before they are posted. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be appropriate for your specific situation.
No training on your data
We do not use your business data, voice profile, or customer review content to train AI models. Review content is sent to Anthropic's API solely to generate your responses and is not retained by us for training purposes.
9 Intellectual property
The Resparo platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by Resparo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.
10 Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Service disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated review responses are suggestions only. They may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing all responses before they are posted. Resparo is not liable for any damage to your business reputation caused by posted responses.
Third-party API disclaimer
Resparo depends on Google and Facebook APIs to function. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by these platforms. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with these APIs.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESPARO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RESPARO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11 Termination
Termination by you
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion via support@resparo.io. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will process any applicable refunds in accordance with our refund policy.
12 Changes to the service and terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at support@resparo.io to resolve the matter informally. We commit to responding within 5 business days.
If you are located in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
